Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day as deemed by the
World Federation for Mental Health. The theme is
Mental Health in a Changing World: The Impact of Culture and Diversity. This seems
very relevant as we
struggle with thoughts about terrorism, government
politics, globalization, and everything else that gives us cause to worry. The stress implications are large.
So, N*tranced is changing our midweek
RELAXation schedule just a bit and have decided in our own small way to
participate in this worldwide day.
Tomorrow's midweek
RELAXation session will be about reconnecting with the good aspects of the earth, the beauty that surrounds us and the tranquility that can still be found in certain places. This will also be available for download.
Another interesting source that offers

World Health Foundation.
We hope you will help us celebrate this day, even if it means just taking out five minutes to close your eyes and focus on something positive about the world. Try remembering a place that you have been that seemed peaceful and pleasant and allow all your focus to center on remembering everything you can about it.
