Want to quit smoking? Know someone who does? Want to help those who are quitting?

This November’s Be n*tranced podcast is all about smoking cessation. Before you breeze over this to something else, think about it. Do you know what is in a cigarette? Even if you do not, this is something you should know because it affects you whether you smoke or inhale other people’s smoke. We’ll give you the list.

But this is not a condemnation of smoking podcast. It only hopes to get you thinking about the concept of quitting or helping others with cessation. There is good news statistic wise for those who quit. You should listen.

We will not be having a Midweek RELAXation Session this Wednesday (11/8/06).

We will resume them on November 15, 2006, including one on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
