Be n*tranced 18 - A Cool Glass of Water

Cool…crisp…clean…water.

This podcast, number 18, delves into matters of some depth - water. And though those behind this production are in the hypnosis business, it would probably best to say that our topics, and this episode is not exception, deal with interest around hypnosis. Water is an important concept in the realm of hypnosis because it can be used as a substitute for cravings and addictions as well as a component for good health.

This episode includes:

  • A few words about water – how much should and shouldn’t you be drinking (and who says)
  • An invitation to join the N*tranced Hypnosis and Guided Meditation Investigation Water Study to learn about the advantages of using water to promote proper hydration
  • A Free Guided Meditation to enhance the enjoyment of drinking a glass of water
  • And notes about upcoming events at our Maryville office (1 year anniversary there!!!) and our new audio product Countdown to Relaxation.
