Have you ever had the feeling of being here before or living in a past era? Whether you believe in reincarnation, genetic memories, or the idea that your subconscious mind is telling you something inherent, past life regression is an interesting experience that may provide insight into our own personal humanity. N*tranced Hypnosis and Guided Meditation is hosting a past life regression group session on October 17, 2006, starting at 7:00 p.m. at our 305 College Street office.

Through the group regression process, you have an opportunity to experience your own past life concepts, no matter if you believe in reincarnation, genetic memories, or messages from the subconscious mind. The process begins with deep relaxation exercises and are guided through regression procedures. It is a private experience even though it is done in a group environment. It is up to you how much you choose to share with the other participants.
